I have noticed in this industry the ones who advance are the ones that believe in what we are doing, who work hard, who go above and beyond to show their passion for cannabis. The bad reviews I read on here seem to me to be from former employees that were not rewarded for just being them. Now there have been issues that any company would have but I can say that they have all been handled with total professionalism. The knowledge and opportunities I have been given have kept me waking up everyday excited to go to work. From my coworkers to management things have been pretty awesome. Management at my location was amazing as were my co-workers! I never felt like I had to take on more than I was asked, the pay was great and I enjoyed providing a service to my community. Maybe I got lucky, but my short (seasonal) time here set my standards for how employees should be treated by their management.
